1. Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and time of year. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received.
  • We will make every effort to notify you of any delays in processing your order.

2. Shipping Options & Carriers:

  • We offer Air, Land, Sea e.g., standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, in-store pickup].
  • We utilize  shipping carriers, e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS for most deliveries. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • You will be able to select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process, where available.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination.
  • The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
  • We offer  Free shipping on orders over $500.

4. Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Typical delivery times are Standard Ground: 5-7 business days, Expedited: 2-3 business days.
  • These are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect address information.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.  

6. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment online.  

7. Delivery Confirmation:

  •  Signature required upon delivery, Delivery confirmation sent via email.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the shipment. Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

9. International Shipping:

  • Please note that the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

10. In-Store Pickup:

  • We offer in-store pickup .

11. Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
